DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1、统一负责计划及组织实施员工培训,包括分析培训需求、计划、控制、协调、组织酒店员工的培训活动;

2、分析、确定酒店的培训需求,根据此需求准备年度培训计划和预算;

3、协助人力资源总监制订和建立培训方面的标准操作程序,确保这些程序的贯彻实施;

4、安排及组织一些必须的培训课程,确定培训时间、参加人员并准备培训资料:新员工入职培训、卫生和仪容仪表培训、消防培训、外语培训、对客服务理念;

1、详细了解当地劳动法律法规,并就如何避免由劳动关系及人事关系产生的隐患问题给予总经理合理建议;

4、制定人力资源部年度预算及工作计划;
